अभियांत्रिकीसाठी कॉमन प्रवेश परीक्षा (MHT-CET) ही भारतात अभियांत्रिकी अभ्यासक्रमांमध्ये प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी घेतली जाणारी एक प्रमाणित परीक्षा आहे. ती गणित, भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र यासह विविध विषयांवर विद्यार्थ्यांचे मूल्यांकन करते. अभियांत्रिकीमध्ये करिअर करू इच्छिणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी ही परीक्षा एक महत्त्वाची पायरी आहे.

Registration for CAP (Centralized Admission Process):

2) Document Verification – Online as well as offline are available.

– MHT – CET scorecard
– JEE Scorecard
– Mark sheets (10th and 12th)
– Caste certificate and validity of caste (if applicable)
– Non creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
– Income certificate (Applicable only For income less than 8 lakh)
– Domicile certificate
– Passport-sized scanned photograph and scanned sign
– Any other required documents
3) Display of Provisional Merit List – Maharashtra Rank, All India Rank
4) Cap Round 1 – Form Filling
5) Display of Finalised Merit List
6) First Allotment
7) Auto Fridge – If allotted first choice, it will be automatically fridge.
8) Freeze – If allotted your preferred seat, you can freeze the allotment.
9) Betterment – Desire to get better choice
10) Cap Round 2 – Form Filling
11) Second Allotment – No seat allotted
12) Auto Fridge – If allotted first choice, it will be automatically fridge.
13) Freeze – If allotted your preferred seat, you can freeze the allotment.
14) Betterment – Desire to get better choice.

Exam Pattern
The questions will be based on Syllabus of State Council Of Educational Research And Training, Maharashtra.
Approximately 20% weightage will be given to Std. XI curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to Std.XII curriculum while setting the question paper. Paper 1 and 2 are compulsory for taking admission to Engineering.
There will be no Negative Marking, however difficulty level will be at par with the JEE (Main) for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and difficulty level for Biology will be at par with NEET. The questions will be mainly application based.
MHT-CET will consist of 3 question papers of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and each paper will be of 100 marks. Details are as given below :
For Engineering CET, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are the essential subjects.
