सर्वसाधारण नियम

शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२६-२७ पासून संपूर्ण राज्यभरातील सर्व मान्यताप्राप्त उच्च माध्यमिक शाळा आणि कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयांमधील कला, वाणिज्य आणि विज्ञान शाखांचे इयत्ता ११ वीचे प्रवेश केंद्रीय पद्धतीने, ऑनलाईन आणि गुणवत्तेनुसार होतील.
HSVC (व्यावसायिक) अभ्यासक्रमाचे प्रवेश ऑफलाईन पद्धतीने शाळा स्तरावर केले जातील.
विद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाईन प्रवेश अर्ज करणे बंधनकारक असेल; बनावट कागदपत्रे सादर केल्यास कायदेशीर कारवाई केली जाईल आणि १० वीच्या गुणपत्रिकेत फेरफार केल्यास प्रवेश प्रक्रियेतून बाद केले जाईल.

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आणि फेऱ्या

विद्यार्थ्यांना एका फेरीत कला, वाणिज्य किंवा विज्ञान यापैकी एकाच शाखेची निवड करता येईल, परंतु प्रत्येक फेरीच्या वेळी शाखा बदलण्याची मुभा असेल.
विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेशासाठी किमान १ आणि कमाल १० पसंतीक्रम (Preferences) भरणे अनिवार्य असेल.
गुणवत्तेनुसार एकूण ३ सर्वसाधारण फेऱ्या आयोजित केल्या जातील.
गुणवत्तेसाठी १० वीच्या परीक्षेतील सर्वोत्तम ५ (Top 5) विषयांचे गुण ग्राह्य धरले जातील.
दोन विद्यार्थ्यांचे गुण समान असल्यास, वयाने मोठ्या असलेल्या (जन्म तारखेनुसार) विद्यार्थ्यास प्राधान्य दिले जाईल; तरीही समानता असल्यास इंग्रजीतील आडनावाच्या आद्याक्षरानुसार प्रवेश दिला जाईल.
३ नियमित फेऱ्यांनंतर रिक्त जागांसाठी “सर्वांसाठी खुली (Open to All)” फेरी होईल आणि त्यानंतर केवळ मुलींसाठी ५ वी विशेष फेरी आयोजित केली जाईल.
विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास, त्यांना लगेचच्या पुढच्या प्रवेश फेरीत पुन्हा सहभागी होता येईल.

कोटा आणि आरक्षण

अल्पसंख्यांक कोटा: अल्पसंख्यांक दर्जा असलेल्या संस्थांना त्यांच्या कोट्यातील ५०% जागा गुणवत्तेनुसार भरण्याची मुभा असेल. उर्वरित ५०% जागा केंद्रीय प्रक्रियेतून भरल्या जातील.
व्यवस्थापन कोटा (Management Quota): सर्व खाजगी कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयांमध्ये ५% जागा व्यवस्थापन कोट्यांतर्गत राखीव असतील. हा कोटा शासकीय आणि स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांच्या शाळांना लागू नसेल.
इन-हाऊस कोटा (In-house Quota): एकाच संस्थेच्या शाळेतून आलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी १०% जागा राखीव असतील, ज्या ‘शून्य फेरीत (Zero Round)’ भरल्या जातील.
समांतर आरक्षण: हे केवळ केंद्रीय प्रवेश प्रक्रियेतील जागांसाठी लागू असेल. यामध्ये महिलांसाठी ३०%, दिव्यांगांसाठी ४%, प्रकल्पग्रस्त/भूकंपग्रस्तांसाठी २%, खेळाडू/माजी सैनिक/बदली झालेले कर्मचारी यांच्या पाल्यांसाठी ५%, आणि अनाथ मुलांसाठी १% आरक्षण असेल.

शुल्क आणि प्रवेश रद्द करणे

प्रवेश नोंदणीसाठी प्रति विद्यार्थी १०० रुपये शुल्क ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने आकारले जाईल.
प्रवेश निश्चित केल्यानंतर पहिल्या २० दिवसांत प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास एकूण शुल्कातून ५% कपात केली जाईल. त्यानंतरच्या ४० दिवसांत प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास १०% कपात होईल. त्यानंतर प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास कोणतेही शुल्क परत मिळणार नाही.

Key Information on 11th Standard Admissions (2026-27)

General Guidelines

From the academic year 2026-27, 11th-standard admissions for Arts, Commerce, and Science streams across the entire state of Maharashtra will be conducted centrally through an online system based on merit.
Admissions for the HSVC (Vocational) stream will be conducted offline at the school level.
Students must submit an online application; submitting fake documents will lead to legal action, and altering 10th-grade mark sheets will result in a ban from the admission process.

Admission Process & Rounds

Students can choose one stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science) per application round, with the flexibility to change streams in each round.
Students must fill out a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 college preferences.
There will be 3 regular merit-based rounds.
Merit will be calculated based on the top 5 subjects from the 10th-standard exams.
If students have equal marks, preference will be given to the older student based on date of birth; if still tied, alphabetical order of the student’s surname in English will be used.
Following the 3 regular rounds, an “Open to All” round will be held for remaining vacant seats, followed by a special 5th round exclusively for girls.
If a student cancels their admission at any stage, they can participate again in the very next round.

Quotas & Reservations

Minority Quota: Minority institutions can fill up to 50% of their seats from their religious/linguistic minority category based on merit. The remaining 50% will be filled through the central process.
Management Quota: 5% of seats in all private higher secondary schools/junior colleges are reserved under this quota. This does not apply to government and local body schools.
In-house Quota: 10% of seats are reserved for students applying from the same parent institution, which can be claimed during the “Zero Round”.
Parallel Reservations: Applies only to central admission seats and includes 30% for women, 4% for disabled students, 2% for project/earthquake-affected, 5% for specific categories (like children of transferred employees, ex-servicemen, freedom fighters, and sports persons), and 1% for orphans.

Fees & Cancellations

A registration fee of Rs. 100 per student will be charged online.
If an admission is cancelled within the first 20 days, 5% of the fee will be deducted. If cancelled within 40 days, a 10% deduction applies. No fees will be refunded if cancelled after 40 days.

अ) सर्वसाधारण बाबी – General Things

१) प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यास एकच अर्ज भरता येईल त्यासाठी प्रथम ऑनलाइन विद्यार्थी नोंदणी करावी.

Each student can fill only one application form, for which the student should first register online.

२) केंद्रीय ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रियेचा अर्ज संकेतस्थळावर दोन टप्प्यांमध्ये भरावयाचा आहे भाग एक – वैयक्तिक माहिती व भाग दोन – पसंतीक्रम

The application form for the Central Online Admission Process has to be filled in two stages on the website: Part One – Personal Information and Part Two – Preference.

३) अर्जाचा भाग – एक भरण्याची सुविधा विद्यार्थी नोंदणी नंतर उपलब्ध होईल या भागातील माहिती एकदाच भरून स्व- प्रमाणित करून घ्यावयाची आहे.

The facility to fill Part One of the application form will be available after student registration. The information in this section needs to be filled in once and self – verified.

४) अर्जाचा भाग – दोन भरण्याची सुविधा भाग एक स्व प्रमाणित करून घेतल्यानंतर उपलब्ध होईल तसेच प्रत्येक फेरीपूर्वी भाग – दोन मधील माहिती किंवा पसंती क्रम अद्यावत करता येईल.

The facility to fill Part-Two of the application will be available after Part-One is self validated and the information or preference order in Part-Two can be updated before each round.

ब) ऑनलाइन नोंदणी कशी करावी- How to register online-

Actual Process-

1) Click on Student Registration.

प्रवेशासाठी वेबसाईटवर दिलेल्या स्टुडन्ट रजिस्ट्रेशन शब्दावर क्लिक करा.

2) Select Applicant’s 10th School Area- within Maharashtra State or Outside Maharashtra State.

अर्जदाराने महाराष्ट्रात किंवा महाराष्ट्राच्या बाहेर दहावीची परीक्षा दिलेला ऑप्शन निवडा.

3) Applicant’s Status – Fresher Or Repeater Or Previously Passed.

अर्जदार नियमित पास झालेला आहे की रिपीटर आहे की अगोदरच दहावीची परीक्षा पास झालेला आहे हे नमूद करावे.

4) 10th standard or Equivalent Board – SSC or CBSE or CISCE or IB or IGCSE or NIOS or Any Other Board.

अर्जदार कोणत्या बोर्ड मधून दहावीची परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झालेला आहे तो ऑप्शन निवडा.

5) 10th standard or Equivalent Examination Details- Seat Number and Mother Name.

अर्जदाराचा दहावीचा सीट नंबर व आईचे नाव टाकावे.

6) Click on Verify Number.

व्हेरिफाय नंबर या शब्दांवर क्लिक करावे.

7) Check Month of examination, Year of Examination and Name of the Applicant.

अर्जदाराचा परीक्षेचा महिना वर्ष व नाव तपासून घ्यावे.

8) Applicant’s Contact Details- E mail ID and Mobile Number.

अर्जदाराचा ई-मेल आयडी व मोबाईल नंबर टाकावा.

9) Security Question Details- Security Question and Security Question’s Answer.

सिक्युरिटी प्रश्न निवडावा व त्याचे उत्तरही लिहावे. उदाहरणार्थ – व्हॉट इज युअर निकनेम? उत्तर- दादू. याप्रमाणे एक प्रश्न आणि त्याचे उत्तर तयार करावे व ते लक्षात ठेवावे.

10) Password Details- Fill Password and Confirm Password and Captcha

एक नवीन पासवर्ड तयार करावा. तोच पासवर्ड पुन्हा टाकावा व कॅप्चा लिहावा.

11) Click on Register.

रजिस्टर शब्दावर क्लिक करावे.

Student will get registration successful message. Take its photo or screenshot.

अर्जदाराला यशस्वीपणे रजिस्ट्रेशन झालेली आहे असा मेसेज दिसेल तसेच पासवर्ड व अन्य माहिती दिसेल ती लक्षात ठेवावी. ती कोणालाही सांगू नये.

12) Your login ID and password will also be sent to your mobile via SMS. If the SMS does not arrive, note down the login ID shown on the screen after registration.

तुमचा लॉगिन आयडी व पासवर्ड एसएमएस द्वारे तुमच्या मोबाईलवर सुद्धा पाठवला जाईल जर एसएमएस आला नाही तर नोंदणीनंतर स्क्रीनवर दाखविलेल्या लॉगिन आयडी नोंदवून ठेवा.

Important-

अकरावी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 2026-27 :

विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी आवश्यक माहिती (थोडक्यात व मुद्देसूद)

1. संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात अकरावी प्रवेश ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने होणार.

2. एकच ऑनलाईन अर्ज करून राज्यातील कोणत्याही कॉलेज/ज्युनिअर कॉलेजला अर्ज करता येईल.

3. प्रवेश गुणवत्ता नुसार म्हणजेच 10 वी मधील पाच सर्वाधिक गुण मिळालेल्या मुख्य विषयांच्या आधारावर होईल.

4. तीन नियमित फेऱ्या होणार आहेत.

त्यानंतर:

Open To All फेरी

मुलींसाठी विशेष फेरी

5. प्राधान्यक्रम भरताना किमान 1 व जास्तीत जास्त 10 कॉलेज निवडता येतील.

6. कला, वाणिज्य, विज्ञान यापैकी एक शाखा निवडता येईल. प्रत्येक फेरीत शाखा बदलता येईल.

7. दहावी निकाल लागल्यानंतर लगेच प्रधीन्य क्रम चा फार्म Preference Form भरता येईल.

8. नोंदणी शुल्क ₹100 + जी.एस.टी. रक्कम ही ऑनलाईन भरावी लागेल.

9. बनावट कागदपत्रे / खोटी माहिती दिल्यास प्रवेश रद्द होऊ शकतो.

10. आरक्षण लागू राहील (सरकारी नियमांनुसार).

11. व्यवस्थापन कोटा व इन हाउस कोटा व अल्पसंख्यांक कोटा राहतील.

12. प्रत्येक फेरीत सहभागासाठी सहमती (Confirm Participation) देणे आवश्यक आहे. सहमती न दिल्यास प्रवेश होणार नाही.

13. प्रवेश मिळाल्यानंतर कागदपत्र पडताळणी व शुल्क भरावे लागेल.

14. प्रवेश रद्द करून पुढील फेरीत पुन्हा सहभागी होता येईल.

15. पंधरा जुलैपर्यंत किंवा त्यापूर्वी कॉलेज सुरू होऊ शकेल.

Document Problem

जर विद्यार्थ्यांकडे लिविंग सर्टिफिकेट, जातीचा दाखला, नॉन क्रिमीलेअर सर्टिफिकेट ही तीन डॉक्युमेंट्स नसतील तर त्या ऐवजी सेल्फ डिक्लेरेशन भरून त्याचा फोटो दिलेल्या ठिकाणी अपलोड करावा लागेल.

If students do not have the three documents – living certificate, caste certificate, and non-creamy layer certificate, then instead they will have to fill out a self-declaration and upload its photograph in the given space.

क) प्रवेश अर्ज कसा भरावा भाग-१ – How to fill admission form Part-1

१) तुम्हाला मिळालेल्या लॉगिन आयडी व पासवर्ड च्या साह्याने लॉगिन करा व संगणकावर दिलेल्या सूचनांप्रमाणे टप्याटप्प्याने ऑनलाइन अर्ज भरा.

Log in using the login ID and password you received and fill out the online application step by step as per the instructions given on the computer.

२) महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाच्या मार्च २०२४ मध्ये घेण्यात आलेल्या इयत्ता १० वी परीक्षेत नियमित बसलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांचा बैठक क्रमांक टाकल्यावर त्यांची वैयक्तिक माहिती आपोआप येईल ती तपासून घ्या.

Students who have appeared as a regular student in the Maharashtra State Board’s Class 10th examination conducted in March 2024 will have their personal information automatically generated after entering their meeting number. Check the information carefully.

आपोआप येणाऱ्या वैयक्तिक माहितीमध्ये काही दुरुस्ती असावी असल्यास शाळा किंवा मार्गदर्शन केंद्रातून दुरुस्ती करून घ्यावी. (Grievance Redressal सुविधेचा उपयोग करा)

If you need to correct any personal information that is automatically collected, you should get it corrected through the school or guidance center. (Use the Grievance Redressal facility)

३) ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांची माहिती संकेतस्थळावर बैठक क्रमांक टाकल्यावर येणार नाही त्यांनी तसेच अन्य मंडळाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी सर्व माहिती स्वतः भरावयाची आहे.

Students whose information does not appear on the website after entering the exam seat number, as well as students from other boards, will have to fill in all the information themselves (manually).

४) तुम्हाला तुमचा अर्ज घरूनच भरता येईल.

You can fill out your application from home.

संपूर्ण अर्ज भाग एक भरून झाल्यानंतर अर्जातील माहिती म्हणजेच स्वतःचे नाव, आईचे नाव, जन्मतारीख, जात – प्रवर्ग, आरक्षण इत्यादी अचूक असल्याची खात्री करा व शुल्क भरून अर्ज सबमिट करा.

After filling the entire application form part one, ensure that the information in the application form i.e. your name, mother’s name, date of birth, caste – category, reservation etc. is correct and submit the application by paying the fee.

५) आवश्यक कागदपत्रे अपलोड करा ती स्पष्ट व वाचनीय असावी तसेच त्यांचा आकार (साईज) 1 एमबी पेक्षा जास्त नसावा अपलोड करावयाच्या आवश्यक कागदपत्रांचा तपशील संकेत स्थळ आपोआप दर्शवेल.

Upload the required documents. They should be clear and readable, and their size should not exceed 1 MB. The website will automatically display the details of the required documents to be uploaded.

६) अर्ज लॉक करण्यापूर्वी तो लॉक करा.

You should lock the application from.

७) जर अर्ज ऑटो व्हेरिफाइड झाल्यास तो पुन्हा वेगळ्याने प्रमाणित करून घेण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.

If the application is auto-verified, there is no need to verify it separately again.

८) रक्कम रु 100 + GST भरावे. फोन पे, गुगल पे किंवा अन्य online मार्गाने पैसे भरता येतील.

Pay online Rs. 100 + GST by Phone Pay, Google Pay or other online options.

९) अर्ज भाग एक भरून झाल्यावर डॅशबोर्ड तपासा तेथे व्हेरिफाईड असणे आवश्यक आहे जे विद्यार्थी फॉर्म प्रमाणे म्हणजे व्हेरिफाय करून घेणार नाही त्यांचा अर्ज अपूर्ण राहील व असे अर्ज प्रवेश प्रक्रियेसाठी विचारात घेतले जाणार नाही तसेच त्यांना भाग 2 पसंतीक्रम भरता येणार नाही.

After filling the application part one, check the dashboard, it must be verified there. Students who do not verify the form, their application will be incomplete and such applications will not be considered for the admission process, and they will not be able to fill the Part 2 preference.

१०) आपल्या अर्जाची प्रिंट काढून स्वतःकडे ठेवावी प्रवेश अर्ज सादर केल्यानंतर ज्यांना भाग एक मधील माहिती मध्ये काही दुरुस्ती करावयाची असेल त्यांना आपल्या शाळे कडून दुरुस्ती करून घेता येईल किंवा अर्ज स्वतः आणला करून त्यात बदल करता येईल.

Take a printout of your application and keep it with you. After submitting the admission application, those who want to make any corrections in the information in Part One can get it corrected by their school or they can bring the application in person and make changes to it.

ड) प्रवेश अर्ज भाग-२ : पसंती क्रम निवडणे.
Admission Application Part-2: Preference Selection.

१) भाग-१ मधील माहिती प्रमाणित म्हणजे व्हेरिफाय केल्यानंतरच प्रवेश अर्जाचा भाग दोन पसंती क्रम विद्यार्थ्यांना भरता येईल.

Students can fill Part-2 of the admission application only after verifying the information in Part-1.

२) भाग-२ सुरू झाल्यावर राज्य मंडळाच्या नियमित विद्यार्थ्यांचे इयत्ता १० वीचे सर्वोत्तम 5 म्हणजे बेस्ट ऑफ फाईव्ह विषयांचे मिळालेले गुण व शेकडा गुण आपोआप दिसतील.

Once Part-2 starts, the marks and percentage marks obtained in the best 5 subjects of class 10th of the state board regular students will be automatically displayed.

३) ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे गुण आपोआप येणार नाहीत त्यांनी तसेच इतर मंडळाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांचे इयत्ता १० वीचे गुण स्वतः म्हणजे मॅन्युअली अचूक नोंदवावेत. सी.बी.एस.सी. बोर्ड साठी आय. टी. सारखे विषय सोडून अन्य उर्वरित पाच विषयांचे गुण टाकावेत.

Students whose marks will not be automatically entered as well as students of other boards should enter their class 10 marks manually. For CBSC board, except for subjects like I. T., the marks of the remaining five subjects should be entered.

४) प्रवेशासाठी एका शाखेची व एका माध्यमाची निवड करावी त्यानंतर ती शाखा किंवा माध्यम असणाऱ्या सर्व उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयांची यादी अनुदानित, विनाअनुदानित, स्वयं अर्थसहायित विद्यार्थ्यास दर्शवली जाईल त्यानुसार पसंती क्रम ठरवावा.

One branch and one medium should be selected for admission. After that, a list of all higher secondary schools offering that branch or medium will be shown to the aided, unaided, and self-financed students, and the order of preference should be decided accordingly.

५) प्रवेशासाठी आपल्या पसंतीचे किमान एक व कमाल १० उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय निवडा व त्यांचा प्राधान्यक्रम निश्चित करा त्यानंतर अर्जाची प्रिंट घ्या व जपून ठेवा.

Select at least one and a maximum of 10 higher secondary schools of your choice for admission and determine their priority, then take a printout of the application form and keep it.

६) प्रत्येक फेरीत प्रवेशासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांची निवड करताना विद्यार्थ्यांची गुणवत्ता म्हणजे इयत्ता १० वीचे गुण आरक्षण व विद्यार्थ्यांनी उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाचा दिलेला पसंती क्रम विचारात घेतला जाईल.

While selecting students for admission in each round, the merit of the students i.e. the marks obtained in class 10th and the preference given by the students for higher secondary school will be taken into consideration.

७) वेळापत्रक व प्रवेशाची कार्यपद्धती वेळोवेळी संकेतस्थळावर जाहीर करण्यात येईल त्यासाठी संकेतस्थळास सतत भेट देत राहा.

The schedule and admission procedure will be announced on the website from time to time, so keep visiting the website.

विशेष फेरीसाठी संमती नोंदविणे-
Registering Consent for Special Round

१) प्रत्येक फेरीपूर्वी विद्यार्थ्यास पसंती क्रम देण्याची अथवा त्यामध्ये बदल करण्याची संधी दिली जाईल.
Before each round, students will be given the opportunity to give or change their preference order.

२) जर विद्यार्थ्यांनी एखाद्या फेरीपूर्वी आपले पसंती क्रम बदलले नाहीत तर त्याचे मागील फेरीचे पसंती क्रम पुढे ग्राह्य धरण्यात येतील ही सुविधा फक्त तीन नियमित फेऱ्यांसाठी लागू असेल.

If students do not change their preference order before a round, their preference order from the previous round will be considered. This facility will be applicable for three regular rounds only.

३) प्रत्येक विशेष फेरीपूर्वी विद्यार्थ्याने ऑनलाइन संमती नोंदविणे अनिवार्य असेल जे विद्यार्थी संमती नोंदविणार नाही त्यांचा त्या विशेष फेरीसाठी विचार केला जाणार नाही.

It will be mandatory for the student to register their consent online before each special round. Students who do not register their consent will not be considered for that special round.

विद्यार्थ्यांनी घ्यावयाच्या दक्षता –
Precautions to be taken by students

१) महत्वाच्या सूचना वाचून अचूक ऑनलाइन नोंदणी करणे व अर्ज भरणे आवश्यक.

It is necessary to register online and fill the application form correctly by reading the important instructions.

२) विद्यार्थ्यांनी माहिती पुस्तकेत दिलेल्या माहितीचा व्यवस्थित अभ्यास करून आपणास हवे असलेल्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाचे शाखेचे नाव तसेच सांकेतांक म्हणजे कोड नंबर्स प्रवेश अर्जात अचूक भरावेत.

Students should carefully study the information provided in the information booklet and enter the branch name and code number of the desired higher secondary school accurately in the admission form.

ऑनलाइन प्रवेश अर्ज भाग एक व भाग दोन संपूर्ण भरून झाल्यावर सबमिट व लॉक करण्यापूर्वी अर्जाची पुन्हा एकदा पडताळणी करा.

After completing Part One and Part Two of the online admission application, double-check the application before submitting and locking it.

३) एकापेक्षा अधिक प्रयत्नात इयत्ता १० वी किंवा समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या म्हणजे रिपीटर विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांचे प्रवेश अर्ज ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने भरताना त्यांच्या वेळोवेळी उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या विषयांच्या गुणांची बेरीज करून एकूण गुण अचूक नोंदवावेत.

Repeater students who have passed the Class 10th or even class examination in more than one attempt should add up the marks of the subjects they have passed from time to time and enter the total marks accurately while filling their admission application online.

४) प्रवेश अर्ज भाग दोन मध्ये योग्य पसंती क्रम भरा. तेच ते पसंती क्रम देण्याचे टाळा. त्यामध्ये वेळोवेळी सुधारणा करा. यामुळे तुम्हाला लवकर प्रवेश मिळण्यास मदत होईल.

Fill in the correct preference order in Part Two of the admission form. Avoid giving the same preference order. Modify it from time to time. This will help you get admission quickly.

५) एकाच उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयातील शाखा, अनुदान प्रकार, माध्यम विचारात घेऊन त्याला स्वतंत्र सांकेतांक कोड दिलेले आहेत त्यामुळे एकाच विद्यालयाला शाखा, अनुदान प्रकार, माध्यम यानुसार एकापेक्षा अधिक सांकेतांक असू शकतात त्यामुळे विद्यालय तसेच शाखा कोड निवडताना दक्षता घ्या.

Separate codes are given to the branches, grant type, and medium of a single higher secondary school, so a single school may have more than one code depending on the branch, grant type, and medium, so be careful while selecting the school and branch code.

६) पसंती क्रम निश्चित करताना त्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाची मागील कट ऑफ, आपणास मिळालेले गुण, हवी असलेली शाखा, फी, माध्यम, अनुदान प्रकार, शिकवले जाणारे वैकल्पिक विषय, निवासापासूनचे अंतर, जाण्या येण्याची सोय, वस्तीगृह सुविधा, क्रीडांगण इत्यादी बाबींचा साकल्याने विचार करून पसंतीक्रम ठरवा.

While deciding on the order of preference, consider the previous cut-off of that higher secondary school, the marks you have obtained, the desired branch, fees, medium, Grant type, optional subjects taught, distance from residence, transportation, dormitory facilities, playground etc. and decide on the order of preference.

७) विद्यार्थ्यास प्रवेशासाठी त्यांच्या पसंतीनुसार किमान एक व कमाल १० उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाचे प्रसंती क्रम देता येतील परंतु प्रथम पसंती क्रम मिळाल्यास प्रवेश घेणे सक्तीचे असेल.

A student may be given a minimum of one and a maximum of 10 higher secondary school preference orders for admission, but admission will be compulsory if the first preference order is given.

८) प्रत्येक फेरीला पसंती क्रम बदलण्याची मुभा असल्यामुळे प्रत्येक फेरी स्वतंत्र असणार आहे. पसंती क्रम ठरवितांना मागील फेरीचे कट ऑफ तपासा.

Each round will be independent as the preference order is allowed to change for each round. Check the cut off of the previous round while deciding the preference order.

नियमित फेऱ्यांसाठीचे नियम-
Rules for Regular Rounds

१) प्रत्येक फेरीपूर्वी उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयातील रिक्त जागा घोषित करण्यात येतील. त्यांचे संकेतस्थळावर अवलोकन करूनच पुढील योग्य निर्णय घ्यावा.

Vacancies in Higher Secondary Schools will be announced before each round. Please review them on the website and take the appropriate decision.

२) विशेष फेरीपूर्वी संमती नोंदविणे आवश्यक आहे. विशेष फेरीसाठी मागील पसंती क्रम पुढे जसेच्या तसे आपोआप घेतले जाणार नाहीत.

Consent is required before the special round. Previous preference orders for the special round will not be automatically carried forward.

३) प्रवेशित विद्यार्थ्यास प्रवेश प्रक्रियेच्या कोणत्याही टप्प्यावर प्रवेश रद्द करता येईल तथापि अशा विद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रियेमध्ये पुन्हा सहभागी व्हायचे असल्यास ऑनलाईन संमती नोंदवून विशेष फेरीमध्ये सहभागी होता येईल.

An admitted student can cancel his/her admission at any stage of the admission process. However, if such students wish to participate in the online admission process again, they can participate in the special round by registering their consent online.

घेतलेला प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास नियमित फेऱ्यांमध्ये आपणास संधी मिळत नाही. विशेष फेरीपर्यंत थांबावे लागेल.

If you cancel your admission, you will not get a chance in the regular rounds. You will have to wait until the special round.

४) प्रथम पसंती क्रम मिळूनही प्रवेश न घेतलेल्या अथवा विद्यालयाकडून प्रवेश नाकारण्यात आलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनाही पुढील नियमित फेऱ्यांमध्ये सहभागी होता येणार नाही.

Students who are not admitted despite being given first preference or who are denied admission by the school will also not be able to participate in the subsequent regular rounds.

प्रतिबंधित होण्याची तीन कारणे
Three reasons for being banned

१) पहिला पसंती क्रम मिळूनही प्रवेश घेतला नाही तर
If the student does not take admission despite getting first preference.

२) विद्यार्थ्याने घेतलेला प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास
If the student cancels the admission taken.

३) संबंधित विद्यालयाने विद्यार्थ्यास अर्जातील चुकीच्या माहितीमुळे प्रवेश नाकारल्यास.
If the concerned school denies admission to the student due to incorrect information in the application.

प्रवेश अर्ज मागे घेणे- Withdrawal of Admission Application

ऑनलाइन अर्ज भरल्यानंतर आयटीआय, तंत्रनिकेतन म्हणजे पॉलिटेक्निक सारख्या अभ्यासक्रमांना प्रवेश मिळालेल्या अथवा या केंद्रीय ऑनलाईन प्रवेश प्रक्रिये द्वारे प्रवेश घेणार नसलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना अर्ज मागे घेण्याचा पर्याय उपलब्ध करून दिला जाईल.

After filling the online application, the option of withdrawing the application will be provided to the students who have been admitted to courses like ITI, Diploma i.e. Polytechnic or who will not take admission through this central online admission process.

ज्यांना इयत्ता ११ वी प्रवेश प्रक्रियेमध्ये पुन्हा यायचे नाही त्यांनी विड्रॉल ऑफ एप्लीकेशन हा पर्याय वापरून प्रक्रियेमधून बाहेर पडावे. यामुळे इतरांना संधी मिळेल.

Those who do not want to appear again in the Class 11 admission process should opt out of the process by using the option of withdrawal of application. This will give a chance to others.

प्रवेश फेरीची यादी जाहीर झाल्यावर-
After the admission list is announced

प्रवेश फेरी यादी जाहीर झाल्यावर विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेशासाठी मिळालेल्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाची माहिती विद्यार्थी लॉगिन मध्ये दर्शविण्यात येईल. ती तपासून पहावी व पुढील प्रमाणे कार्यवाही करावी.

Once the admission round list is announced, the information of the higher secondary school to which the students have been admitted will be displayed in the student login. They should check it and take the following action.

अ) प्रथम प्राधान्यक्रम मिळाल्यास- If first priority is given-

१) विद्यार्थ्यास पहिला पसंती क्रम दिलेल्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयात प्रवेश मिळाला असल्यास त्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयात आपली मूळ प्रमाणपत्रे व त्यांच्या छायांकित प्रती वेळापत्रकाप्रमाणे विहित मुदतीत दिलेल्या सूचनेनुसार सादर करून फी भरून प्रवेश घेणे अनिवार्य राहील.

If a student has been admitted to the Higher Secondary School of first preference, it will be mandatory for him to submit his original certificates and their photocopies to that Higher Secondary School within the prescribed time frame as per the schedule and pay the admission fee.

२) पहिल्या पसंती क्रमांकाचे उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय मिळूनही घेतला नाही तर अशा विद्यार्थ्यांची नावे संबंधित शाखेसाठी पुढील नियमित फेरीसाठी प्रतिबंधित म्हणजे रिस्ट्रीक्ट करण्यात येतील मात्र अशा विद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाइन संमती नोंदवून विशेष फेऱ्यांमध्ये सहभागी होता येईल.

If the first-choice higher secondary school is not taken up, the names of such students will be restricted for the next regular round for the respective branch, but such students can participate in special rounds by registering their consent online.

ब) अन्य दोन ते दहा पैकी एक प्राधान्यक्रम मिळाल्यास –
If one of the other two to ten priorities is obtained

१) पहिल्या पसंती क्रमां व्यतिरिक्त अन्य पसंती अंकाचे उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय मिळाल्यास व ते विद्यार्थ्यास मान्य असल्यास असे विद्यार्थी निर्धारित कालावधीत सदर उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयात आपली मूळ कागदपत्रे व छायांकित प्रती सादर करून व फी भरून आपले प्रवेश निश्चित करू शकतात.

If a higher secondary school with a preference other than the first preference is available and is acceptable to the student, such students can confirm their admission to the said higher secondary school within the prescribed period by submitting their original documents and photocopies and paying the fee.

२) अशा विद्यार्थ्यांनी निर्धारित कालावधीत संबंधित उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयात प्रवेश निश्चित न केल्यास त्यांना पुढील फेरीसाठी पसंती क्रम बदलण्याची मुभा देण्यात येईल पसंती क्रम न बदलल्यास पसंती क्रम गृहीत धरून कार्यवाही केली जाईल.

If such students do not secure admission to the concerned higher secondary school within the stipulated period, they will be allowed to change their preference order for the next round. If the preference order is not changed, action will be taken assuming the preference order.

३) अर्जदाराने प्रवेश घेतल्यानंतर त्याला संबंधित उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाकडून संगणकीकृत प्रवेश पावती देण्यात येईल.

After the applicant takes admission, he will be given a computerized admission receipt by the concerned higher secondary school.

४) विद्यार्थ्याला प्रवेश घ्यायचा असल्यास प्रवेश घेण्यास जाण्यापूर्वी विद्यार्थी लॉगिन मध्ये ‘प्रोसिड फॉर ऍडमिशन’ बटन दाबा. प्रवेशासाठी मिळालेल्या उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयाशी संपर्क साधा. प्रवेश घ्यावयाचा नसल्यास ही कृती करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.

If the student wants to take admission, before going to take admission, press the ‘Proceed for Admission’ button in the student login. Contact the higher secondary school for admission. If you do not want to take admission, this action is not required.

५) प्रवेश फेरीमध्ये प्रवेशासाठी कोणतेही उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय
मिळाले नसल्यास नसल्यास अशा विद्यार्थ्यांचा समावेश पुढील फेरीमध्ये करण्यात येईल.

If no higher secondary school is available for admission in the admission round, such students will be included in the next round.

आवश्यक कागदपत्रे-
Required Documents-

१) इयत्ता १० वी किंवा समक्ष परीक्षेचे मूळ गुणपत्रक

Original mark sheet of class 10th or face-to-face examination.

२) इयत्ता १० वी शाळा सोडल्याचा दाखला मूळ प्रत.

Original copy of class 10th school leaving certificate

३) आधार कार्ड छायांकित प्रत.

४) दोन पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो.

Two passport size photographs.

५) सामाजिक प्रवर्गातून आरक्षणाचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी जात प्रमाणपत्र द्यावे लागेल. विद्यार्थ्याचे जात प्रमाणपत्र उपलब्ध नसेल तर वडिलांचे जात प्रमाणपत्र जोडावे.

To avail reservation from social category, caste certificate will have to be provided. If the student’s caste certificate is not available, the father’s caste certificate should be attached.

६) संविधानिक आरक्षणाचा लाभ महाराष्ट्र बाहेरील इतर राज्याचे मागासवर्गीय प्रमाणपत्र धारक विद्यार्थ्यांना मिळणार नाही.

Students holding backward class certificate from other states outside Maharashtra will not get the benefit of constitutional reservation.

७) विमुक्त जाती, भतक्या जाती, इतर मागास वर्ग, विशेष मागास प्रवर्ग, सामाजिक शैक्षणिक मागास प्रवर्ग या प्रवर्गासाठी उत्पन्न व प्रगत गटात मोडत नसले बाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करावे.

For the categories of Deprived Castes, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes, Socially Educationally Backward Classes, a certificate should be submitted stating that the applicant does not fall into the income and advanced group.

८) आर्थिक दुर्बल घटकांसाठी पात्रता प्रमाणपत्र सादर करावे लागेल.

Eligibility certificate will have to be submitted for economically weaker sections.
