इयत्ता अकरावी ऑनलाईन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया संदर्भात महत्वाचे मूद्दे-
Important points regarding the online admission process for class 11th –

माहिती भाग -1

1) ऑनलाईन वेळापत्रक संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्यासाठी एकच असेल.

The online timetable will be the same for the entire state of Maharashtra.

2) विदयार्थ्याला एकाच ठिकाणी सर्व कॉलेज व त्या कॉलेज मधील सर्व शाखांची माहिती मिळेल तसेच संबधित कॉलेजमध्ये उपलब्ध विषयांची माहिती मिळेल.

The student will get information about all the colleges and all the branches in that college at one place as well as information about the subjects available in the respective college.

3) विदयार्थ्याला फक्त एकच अर्ज ऑनलाईन भरावा लागेल. त्यात तो दहा कॉलेजचे नावे पसंतीक्रमानुसार प्रवेशासाठी टाकू शकतो. कमीत कमीत एक कॉलेज व जास्तीत जास्त दहा कॉलेज ची नावे टाकता येतील.

The student will have to fill only one application form online. In it, he can enter the names of ten colleges for admission in the order of preference. A minimum of one college and a maximum of ten colleges can be entered.

4) https://mahafyjcadmissions.in या संकेत स्थळावर विद्यार्थी स्वत:च्या मोबाईलवरुन अकरावी प्रवेशसाठी ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरू शकेल. संगणकावर देखील अर्ज भरता येतील. मात्र सायबर कॅफेवरुन अर्ज भरु नयेत.

Students can fill the online applications for 11th admission using their mobile phones on the website https://mahafyjcadmissions.in.

Applications can also be filled on a computer. However, applications should not be filled from a cyber cafe.

5) विदयार्थ्यांना किंवा पालकांना अकरावी प्रवेशासंदर्भातील माहीतीपुस्तीका डाऊनलोड करता येईल. ती संपूर्ण वाचूनच अर्ज भरावा.

Students or parents can download the information booklet regarding 11th admission. They should read it completely before filling the application form.

6) विद्यार्थी वैयक्तीक माहिती- नाव, पत्ता तसेच मागील शाळेची माहिती, दहावीचे विषय त्यांचे माध्यम, जात-संवर्ग, क्रिडा स्पर्धा व दिव्यांग असेल तर ती माहिती भरावी.

Student’s Personal information- Name, address, previous school information, 10th standard subjects, medium, caste-category, sports competitions and disabled if any, should be filled in.

7) विदयार्थ्यांनी आपले आवश्यक कागदपत्रे अपलोड करावयाचे आहेत. ते व्हेरीफाईड करुनच कॉलेज विदर्यार्थ्यांचा प्रवेश निकषांच्या आधारे निश्चित करेल.

Students have to upload their required documents. Only after verifying the documents college will give the admission of the students based on the authorised criteria.

8) अर्जातील भाग एक परीपुर्ण भरुन लॉक / प्रमाणीत करण्यासाठी दहावीच्या शाळेत किंवा एखादे उपलब्ध मार्गदर्शन केंद्र ‍निवडा. तेथे व्हेरीफिकेशन (प्रमाणीत) केले जाईल. भाग एक च्या डॅशबोर्डवर व्हेरीफाईड असणे आवश्यक आहे. असे नसल्यास असे अर्ज प्रवेश प्रक्रियेसाठी ग्राहय धरले जाणार नाहीत.

Complete and lock/verify Part One of the application form at the 10th school or any available guidance center. Verification will be done there. Part One must be verified on the dashboard, otherwise, such applications will not be considered for admission.

9) भाग- एक मधील माहीतीची दुरुस्ती दहावीच्या शाळेतुन किंवा मार्गदर्शन केंद्रातून करता येईल. अर्जाची प्रिंट काढावी.

Correction of information in Part-I can be done from the 10th class school or guidance center. Print out the application form.

10) विदयार्थ्यांना ऑनलाईन अर्ज सादर केल्याबाबतची पोच पावती म्हणून SMS मिळेल.

Students will receive an SMS as an acknowledgement of submission of online application.

11) सर्व विदयार्थ्यांना सर्व कॉलेजचा गुणांचा कट ऑफ पहाता येईल.

All students will be able to see the cut-off marks of all colleges.

माहिती भाग – 2

1) अकरावीला कोणत्याही प्रकारे ऑफलाईन प्रवेश होणार नाहीत. घेतल्यास कार्यवाही होईल. असे घेतलेले प्रवेश संचमान्यतेसाठी व बोर्ड फॉर्म भरणेसाठी पात्र राहणार नाही.

There will be no offline admissions for class 11th in any way. Action will be taken if taken. Admissions taken in this manner will not be eligible for admission and filling of board forms.

2) (MCVC) किमान कौशल्य (HSVC) विभागाचे प्रवेश ऑफलाईन होतील.

(MCVC) Minimum Skilled Vocational Certificate (HSVC) admissions will be offline.

3) https://mahafyjcadmissions.in या संकेतस्थळावर अकरावी प्रवेश फॉर्म भरता येईल.

The 11th admission form can be filled on the website https://mahafyjcadmissions.in.

4) विदयार्थ्याचा दहावीचा सीट नंबर हाच त्याचा login id राहील. तो ओपन केल्यावर Get data बटणार क्लिक करुन विद्यार्थ्यांची बोर्ड परीक्षेच्या संदर्भातील माहिती मिळेल. ती व्हेरीफाईड करावी लागेल.

The student’s 10th class seat number will be his login id. After opening it, click on the Get data button and you will get the information related to the student’s board exam. It will have to be verified.

5) प्रवेश अर्जाचा पहीला भाग व्हेरीफाईड झाल्यावरच अर्जाच्या भाग दोन मधील पसंतीक्रम व इतर माहीती भरता येईल. यात बेस्टऑफ फाईव्ह चे विदयार्थ्याचे गुण व शेकडा गुण आपोआप दिसतील.

Only after the first part of the admission application is verified, the preference order and other information in part two of the application can be filled. The student’s best-of-five marks and percentage marks will automatically appear in this.

परंतु इतर मंडळाच्या CBSE / ICSE किंवा इतर राज्यातल्या विदयार्थ्यांना गुण स्वत: भरावे लागतील. यात आय. टी. सारखे विषय वगळून उरलेल्या विषयांचे गुण भरावे लागतील.

But students from other boards like CBSE / ICSE or other states will have to fill the marks themselves. In this, the marks of the remaining subjects will have to be filled, excluding subjects like I. T.

6) ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरण्यासाठी रु 100 नोंदणी शुल्क विदयार्थी ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने भरतील. ही रक्कम शासनाला मिळेल.

Students will pay a registration fee of Rs 100 online to fill the online application form. This amount will be received by the government.

7) विदयार्थ्यांने जर मेरीट यादी नुसार लागलेल्या कॉलेजला राऊंड मध्ये दिलेल्या तारखांना प्रवेश घेतला नाहीतर त्यास रांऊड 3 (R3) पर्यन्त कोठेही प्रवेश घेता येणार नाही.

If the student does not take admission in the college allotted to him as per the merit list on the dates given in the round, he will not be able to take admission anywhere till Round 3 (R3).

मात्र अतिरीक्त विशेष फेरी मध्ये त्याला प्रवेश घेता येईल. त्यावेळी त्या कॉलेजला जागा शिल्लक असावयास पाहीजे. नसेल तर अन्य कॉलेज निवडावे लागेल.

However, he can take admission in the extra special round. At that time, there should be seats available in that college. If not, he will have to choose another college.

8) विदयार्थ्यांनी सायबर कॅफेवर फॉर्म भरु नयेत.

Students should not fill out forms at cyber cafes.

9) भरलेला ऑनलाईन अर्ज व्हेरीफाईड करणे, डॅशबोर्ड तपासणे अत्यावश्यक आहे. त्याशिवाय अर्ज ग्राह्य धरला जाणार नाही.

It is essential to verify the filled online application and check the dashboard. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

10) विदयार्थी राऊंड चार पर्यंत घेतलेली शाखा मेरीट नुसार बदलवू शकतो.

The student can change the branch taken up to round four as per the merit.

11) विदयार्थी प्रत्येक राऊंड ला कॉलेजचा पसंती क्रम बदलवू शकतो. (पहील्या वेळेस एका पेक्षा जास्त कॉलेज घेतलेले असणे आवश्यक)

The student can change the order of college preference in each round. (It is necessary to have taken more than one college for the first time preference list.)

12) एका मोबाईल / संगणाकावर एकच ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरता येईल अशी सूचना आहे.

It is suggested that only one online application can be filled on one mobile / computer

13) चार राऊंड झाल्यावरच अकरावी कॉलेज अध्ययन कामकाज चालू होईल.

The 11th college studies will start only after four rounds.

माहिती भाग तीन-

प्रवेशाचे टप्पे खालील प्रमाणे राहतील.

The admission stages will be as follows.

1) Zero Round-
कोटा प्रवेश – इन हाउस व मॅनेजमेन्ट कोटा व इतर कोटा प्रमाणे प्रवेश होतील.

Quota Admission – Admission will be done as per In-House and Management Quota and other quotas.

2) R1, R2, R3 राऊंड (तीन प्रवेश फेऱ्या) –
गुणवत्ता, प्राध्यान्यक्रम व आरक्षण धोरणानुसार प्रवेश होतील.

Admission will be done as per merit, priority and reservation policy.

3) अतिरीक्त विशेष फेरी-
प्रवेश न मिळालेल्या सर्वांसाठी खुली, गुणवत्ता व प्राध्यान्यक्रम यानुसार प्रवेश फेरी (Open To All ) राहील.
