- सेवार्थ प्रणालीतील अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांचे ई-केवायसी (e-KYC) पूर्ण करण्याबाबत शासनाचे परिपत्रक आले आहे.
A government circular has been issued regarding the completion of e-KYC by officers /employees /teachers in the service system.
- परिपत्रकाचे कारण: सेवार्थ प्रणालीमध्ये कोणत्याही अधिकारी/कर्मचाऱ्याची दुबार नोंद होऊ नये आणि कोणालाही दुबार वेतन दिले जाऊ नये, यासाठी हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.
The government has taken this decision to ensure that duplicate information of any officer/employee is not registered in the Sevaarth system and to prevent the double payment of salaries.
- कारवाई: सर्व अधिकारी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांनी आपली ई-केवायसी पूर्ण करणे अनिवार्य आहे. जर ई-केवायसी पूर्ण केली नाही, तर संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्यांचे वेतन काढले जाणार नाही.
It is mandatory for all officers and employees to complete their e-KYC. If e-KYC is not completed, the salary of the concerned employees will not be deducted.
- आवश्यक अटी: * ई-केवायसी पूर्ण करण्यापूर्वी संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्याचे आधार क्रमांकाशी जोडलेले (लिंक असलेले) बँक खाते सेवार्थ प्रणालीत अद्ययावत असणे गरजेचे आहे.
- Before completing the e-KYC, a bank account linked to an Aadhaar number must be updated in the Sevaarth system.
- सेवार्थ प्रणालीमध्ये नोंदवलेला पॅन (PAN) क्रमांक चुकीचा असल्यास, त्यात दुरुस्ती करून तो अद्ययावत करावा.
- Additionally, if the PAN number registered in the Sevaarth system is incorrect, it must be corrected and updated.
- प्रमाणपत्र जमा करणे: प्रत्येक अधिकारी/कर्मचाऱ्याने स्वतः ई-केवायसी पूर्ण करून त्याचे प्रमाणपत्र आहरण व संवितरण अधिकाऱ्यांकडे (DDO) जमा करायचे आहे.
Each officer/employee must complete the e-KYC personally and submit its certificate to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO).
- व्याप्ती: हे परिपत्रक सर्व जिल्हा परिषदा, मान्यता प्राप्त व अनुदानित शाळा (शालार्थ प्रणाली), विविध विद्यापीठे (कृषी, वैद्यकीय इत्यादी), आणि अनुदानित आश्रमशाळा यांनादेखील लागू राहील.
This circular is also applicable to all Zilla Parishads, recognized and aided schools (Shalarth system), various universities (agriculture, medical, etc.), and aided ashram schools.

E-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) is a paperless digital verification process using Aadhaar. It allows authorities to verify identity instantly through OTP or biometric authentication. (NPCI)
In Maharashtra, teachers and government employees are required to complete E-KYC to:

स्वत: आधार बँक खात्याशी जोडणे सहज शक्य आहे. त्यासाठी करावी लागणारी पद्धत खालीलप्रमाणे.
👉 This process is mainly used to check Aadhaar mapping status / linkage (important for E-KYC completion).
✅Step 1: Visit Official Website खालील वेबसाईट वर जा.
- Go to: https://www.npci.org.in
- Open the homepage
✅Step 2: Go to Consumer Section या सेक्शन मधील कन्झुमर या टॅब वर क्लिक करा.
- Click on “Consumer” tab/menu
✅Step 3: Select BASE Option आधार लिंक करण्यासाठी बेस या वर क्लिक करा.
- Click on “Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler (BASE)”
✅Step 4: Choose Aadhaar Mapping Status आधार मॅपिंग वर क्लिक करा.
- Click on “Aadhaar Mapped Status”
✅Step 5: Enter Aadhaar Details आधार नंबर व कॅप्चा टाका.
- Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number
- Fill Captcha code
✅Step 6: OTP Verification व्हेरिफिकेशन साठी ओटीपी रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल नंबर वर पाठवला जाईल. तो टाका.
- Click Submit / Check Status
- Enter OTP received on Aadhaar-linked mobile
✅Step 7: View Status आधार लिंक स्टेटस चेक करा.
- You will see:
- Aadhaar linking status (Enabled/Disabled)
- Bank name
- Last update date
✅Step 8: If other bank account is linked with your Aadhar No., transfer it to your salary account. जर तुमच्या आधार क्रमांकाशी दुसरे बँक खाते जोडलेले असेल, तर तो आधार क्रमांक तुमच्या पगार खात्यात हस्तांतरित करा.
When Aadhar is linked to your salary account, visit your bank. Download the following form and take its printout. Fill it and give it to the bank officer. Get sign and stamp of the bank officer and give it to the clerk of your school/ college to update it on Shalarth Portal.
